Payment Options
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Open Accounts: Net 30 days on all open accounts from the date of the invoice. See credit application form on page 42. Please fill out the form and fax with your company’s bank and credit reference to 1-888-731-8949. We usually charge to your credit card for the first time purchase.
C.O.D.: Orders can be sent C.O.D. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay the C.O.D. charges $6-$8.

Sales Tax
We charge in state sales Tax. IL buyers must add 8.75% sales tax.
Fast Shipping
We provide same day shipping for all in-stock orders placed by 5:00 pm CT, sent within the continental US. Same day shipping is not guaranteed for items not in stock, backorders, replacement orders, new account (first orders) or orders under review by our credit department. Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method used, the weight of the items on the ordering distance between our warehouse and your ship to address. UPS Ground is our preferred and default shipping method. We can also ship the other methods, example includes USPS, Fedex, DHL, Truck services, according to customers’ requirements.
Canada and International Orders
Please be aware that shipping orders to international destinations often adds to delivery time and incurs additional shipping charge. To Canada, We’ll send orders via UPS Standard to Canada and USPS Services. To overseas, USpost Services is our preferred shipping method.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will replace, refund or issue credit on standard stock merchandise in unused condition. Returns must be pre-authorized and must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. Be sure to include the original packing slip (or a copy) or invoice in the package. Shipping must be prepaid.
